The Chautauqua Institution offers a special afternoon of history with film-maker Ken Burns. Perhaps the best-known storyteller of our history, Burns returns to Chautauqua to host a special luncheon, discussing the subjects his documentaries have brought back to life; including the upcoming documentary Vietnam, to be released in 2016. This Chautauqua package includes an overnight stay for 2 at the Chautauqua Suites-(including continental breakfast), two gate passes-which can be used for events on the evening of your arrival and two tickets to the Luncheon with Ken Burns. Mr. Burns will be at Chautauqua the first week in August. The exact date of overnight stay and luncheon are to be determined. Winning bidders will be contacted by the Auction Manager at the close of bidding with additional details.
