Enjoy up to three nights/four days in a restful weekend house perched on the side of a ridge in Lost River, West Virginia. Lost River is a quiet, rural community about 2.25 hours west of metro DC. The area includes the Lost River State Park which offers great hiking trails, swimming, tennis, and horseback riding (about 20 minutes from the house); an outfitter for canoeing and rafting (about 40 minutes from the house); and the Lost River General Store with great snacks and sandwiches (about 10 minutes from the house).

The house is newly built, and has wonderful views of the Lost River valley from the three levels of porches. There are three bedrooms, having one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds. There are also two sleeper sofas. There is a fire pit on the property for weenie roasts and s'mores, two screened porches for relaxing outside, and a hiking trail that runs through the property. The house includes on the top floor a full-outfitted kitchen, dining room, family room and half bath; on the level are two bedrooms and two bathrooms; on the third level is a laundry room, media room, a bedroom and bathroom.
