Samadhi yoga classes vary in style and the level of difficulty or ease. Every teacher has their own unique flavor of teaching and all hold a piece of the same thread of heart-centered compassion and sharing tools for personal fulfillment and empowerment. We believe it is important to sample a variety of classes and teachers. Sometimes we find that we connect deeply to one teacher for a period of time and then perhaps move on to share the wisdom of another. Every teacher has something different to offer.
