VirGo Three Private Pilates/Silks Sessions
Three hour-long sessions in the VirGO Pilates and Silks studio on West 79th STreet with Christine Salac Dubov, with state-of-the-art Stott Pilates equipment. In addition, hanging silks may be used to facilitate spinal decompression and alignment. Silks can be soothing and gentle but also strenuous and challenging. Christine is a certified Stott Pilates instructor, a professional dancer, and practiced in Aerial Yoga with an M.A. in Dance Therapy from New York University, also a Reiki Master Teacher from the Mikao Usui lineage.
