Barry Theiler, Pilates Instructor and exercise catalyst, will work with you in the privacy of your own home to create an individualized Pilates exercise routine geared to your needs!Barry Theiler (Dad of PSS 199 student, Sebastian Theiler) has been a Pilates Instructor for over 30 years. Classically taught by Romana Kryzanowska, who was a student of Joseph Pilates, Barry has worked with professional dancers and football players, as well as people new to exercise. He has worked with individuals of all ages --his oldest client was 93 years old! Barry also established the original Pilates program for the Houston Ballet.
