Fully equipped cottage sleeps 8, 30 feet from a chrystal clear lake great for kayaking, canoeing and fishing. A twenty foot deck, with a screened porch at one end, faces the lake.  Sliding glass doors open out to the deck from the large living room, with fieldstone fireplace. There is also an outdoor gas grill.

The master bedroom has a kingsized bed, and walk in closet. One bedroom with twin beds also has a loft that children love (ages 5-12) as it's reached by a ladder, and is a great private space.   Another bedroom in the cabin has one twin, and twin sized bunk beds.  An outbuilding has twin beds and its own front porch.  

The dock holds several deck chairs.  The lake is three miles long, and about 1/2 mile across at the Nelson end.

Three kayaks, a canoe and two rowboats are available for renters.  Mt. Monadnock is 20 minutes away for a gorgeous fall climb. 

One third of the shoreline of this lake is in conservation land, and much of the rest is still underveloped, so it is very quiet.
