Hollis Chocolate Barn strives to use the highest quality raw ingredients available.  They use Valrhona chocolate coveratures for all the chocolates they make, except they use El Rey white chocolate which compliments their caramels.  Their caramels are only made with fresh cream and butter. In season, they use local produce from Hollis farms for dipping, drizzling, coating and enjoying!

To compliment their own chocolates, they carry some delicious panned chocolate items and a selection of premium nuts.
