Touched by Fire will roll into your backyard, or other preferred location within 20 miles of Hollis, with its mobile wood fired oven and cook up a wide variety of pizzas for two hours for a party of 25 guests. It must be scheduled on a mutually agreeable weekend date and time, May – November 2014.

Not valid for Saturdays in June, July and August.

Pizzas are cut into slices for guests to help themselves – as many as they can eat and requests are encouraged! Along with our premium cheese blend of mozzarella, cheddar and provolone, we bring three sauces – our homemade tomato sauce, basil pesto and white garlic sauces and mix and match with a variety of toppings including grilled chicken, sweet Italian sausage, pepperoni, bacon, fired roasted peppers and mushroom, fresh spinach, sliced red onion and pineapple. We’ll also surprise you with our currently featured seasonal pizza. We can accommodate guests of 150+ so you are welcome to invite more than 25 and pay the difference.
