Single-day family admission (2 adults & children under 18 in same household) to The Fells Historic Estate and Gardens in Newbury, NH.

The Fells, named after the Scottish word for rocky upland pastures, is situated on a nearly 1,000-acre hillside overlooking scenic Lake Sunapee. It is the former lakeside summer home of American writer and diplomat John M. Hay (1838-1905). Hay's son Clarence inherited the property and along with his wife Alice Appleton Hay, transformed the rock pasture into extensive formal and informal gardens.

Additionally, members may visit over 250 botanical gardens, arboreta, and conservatories throughout North America offering special admission privileges and many other benefits through the American Horticultural Reciprocal Admissions Program. Members also receive discounts at select nurseries that provide exceptional plants and courteous, knowledgeable service.
