Sear and Slow Cook directly in the nonstick diecast vessel with tempered glass lid

The intuitive electronic control panel lets you switch from Brown/Saute to Slow Cook in the simple touch of a button.

In Brown/Saute mode set the temperature from 120 F to Sear. There is no need to bring the pot to your stove before Slow cooking, or dirty additional pans.

In Slow Cook mode set the time up to 20 hours, and choose between low or high temperature. When the time has elapsed the cooker will automatically switch to keep warm
