What a Treat...one entire season of great music for two!

This magnificent volunteer community arts organization, Dakota Valley Symphony is truly a treaude for the South Metro.
 
In the past, concerts have been performed in parks, churches, schools, community centers and other public buildings throughout Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, Hastings, Lakeville, Prior Lake and Saint Paul.

Now, The Symphony is proud to call the Burnsville Performing Arts Center it's permanent home.
 
The organization was created to provide an opportunity for dedicated and skilled volunteer musicians to join together to perform and promote diverse symphonic musical experiences of all periods and styles for residents of the south suburban Twin Cities area. And, the group also provides a forum for aspiring local composers to premiere their work.
 
The symphony is comprised of a 60-member symphony orchestra, a 40-member mixed chorus and a 90-member Summer Pops orchestra and chorus, all under the direction of founder and music director Stephen J. Ramsey
