About Sommelier Perron...in fall 2007, after months of classes at Art Institutes International Minnesota, Bill earned a diploma from the International Sommelier Guild. Bill is also a member of Confrerie des Chevaliers du Tastevin, an exclusive French wine society, and is active in Rotary International's Wine Appreciation Fellowship.
