This is a 10 lb case of frozen South African Rock Lobster tails.  These cold water beauties come from icy waters of the South Atlantic and are the same ones we sell to Citarella and many of the finer restaurants of the city.  Each tail is 4.5 to 5 ounces and there are approximately 34 tails in the case. Because they are frozen at sea, these tails will keep (frozen) for at least a year.  Use them one at a time or all at once. Grilled, broiled or boiled - you will never taste anything as wonderful as a South African cold water lobster tail - (sorry, Maine!)
