- Evaluation approaches for non-linear processes
- Participatory meeting facilitation methods
- Collective decision making methods
- Creative documentation and reporting of data and meetings

Dr. Schwartz has more than fifteen years of evaluation and facilitation experience with many different kinds of organizations. Principal of Solid Fire Consulting (www.solidfireconsulting.com), she is passionate about building vibrant social and organizational communities. Drawing from her family’s hosting traditions, background in theater directing, and experience with participatory research and facilitation methods, she crafts meetings that are productive and exciting; designs and produces useful, humanistic program evaluations and research studies; and develops strategy that breathes and gives space to emerging solutions.
