"Our program offers children a wide variety of developmentally appropriate academic, innovative, technological, physical and socially expansive activities that support the personal growth of all its participants. We are proud of our exceptional and experienced faculty, which includes Head-Royce teachers, many devoted returning summertime faculty and fresh faces from around our community. The academic goal of our program is to provide an opportunity to solidify skills learned in the prior school year and introduce new concepts for the upcoming grade level."

As a member of Lower School Program, every participant will receive: 

• Daily Red Cross certified swimming lesson


• Daily lunch service and afternoon snack


• Interactive science lessons 


• Weekly visits to the Lower School library


• Supervised creative play


• Curricular visits to the school garden


• An expansive array of afternoon enrichment activities, which might include anything from yoga to drumming   


• Optional bus transportation for local participants to and from the program


• Hands-on experience with an iPad
