Cajun/Creole experts will teach New Orleans specialty dishes and season them with history, humor & tall tales.  Full meal and recipes of the demonstrated dish are included.  Reservations must be made in advance by calling the number on the certificate.  Certificate is valued at approximately $58 and expires 4/30/15.
