This package includes approx 65-70 lbs of family farm raised pork from the Cooperstown, NY region.  Includes hams, bacon, porkchops, sausage, roasts and ribs.

Small batch and free range -- humanely raised on finest locally sourced grains.  Meat is butchered and cuts are individually shrink-wrapped by a local farmer's market, USDA certified butcher.  Meat was processed in November.  Lamb, grass-fed beef and additional pork available on request.
