A Coaching Package

Raising sons can be one of the most joyful yet stressful experiences at

once. This work is designed for parents wishing to improve the

effectiveness of their parenting skills to reduce the stress, increase the

love in the home, and keep up with the world of boys.

We begin with an intake report to understand your parenting concerns

and the family dynamics. A debrief of the Your Emotional Matrix

assessment will help us identify the key areas where personal

development would be most beneficial to support your parenting

efforts.

The second session is dedicated to learning more about the

world of boys—from their development to their emotional needs—to

better understand what your son needs to thrive.

The third session focuses on creating your family principles and mission

statement to anchor your parenting vision. In our last session, we’ll

formulate a plan of action for how best to parent your son in order to

create a closer bond, develop his social-emotional literacy skills, and

set the stage for long-term positive results. A week later we send a

follow-up email to troubleshoot any issues with implementing your

parenting plan of action.
