CALEX provides paramedic level emergency and non-emergency transports to the Towns of Littleton, Easton and Sugar Hill from the Littleton Fire Station on West Main Street in Littleton.  It is also committed to providing mutual aid to the surrounding communities in the area.  CALEX is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1984 to provide ambulance service to the St Johnsbury, Vermont area and now responds to the needs of residents in 350 square miles of rural Vermont and New Hampshire.
