Get a group together and get a table for 6 at the hottest spot in town: the highly anticipated Shakewell Kitchen Restaurant opening in April on Lakeshore Avenue! The two "celebrity chefs" at the helm, Jennifer Biesty (Coco500, Top Chef, Scala's Bistro) and Tim Nugent (Top Chef: Just Desserts, Zuni Caf, Campton Place, Perbacco, Arlequin Caf, Scala's Bistro),have graciously donated a four-course chef's tasting menu for 6 with wine pairing (hard alcohol not included). They are also kindly offering to wave any corkage fee if you would like to bring additional wine. The Americlectic restaurant and bar has its roots in Mediterranean cuisine and will feature a warm, vibrant and social bar at its center. The menu will be seasonal, using locally sourced ingredients from a number of small farms nearby, as well as our own Grand Lake Farmers Market. Dinner to take place at least 3 months after restaurant opens - no earlier than August, 2014 (to let them fully settle in and become the next big thing!). Clearly an opportunity not to be missed...
