This is a private Yoga class designed for you and your body's health needs, whether you are a complete novice, seasoned practitioner or something in between. If you are interested in trying out Yoga for the first time, but are intimidated by the studio, group class experience, Crocker mom Leonora Willis can share with you some basic "Yoga 101" information to get you confidently through the studio doors. If you have a practice in place but would like to develop and deepen it, she can help. Includes 2 hours of instruction time for a single student.
