The winning bidder can choose to attendCORE session from June 23, 2014 July 19, 2014 OR CORE session from October 22, 2014 November 15, 2014. CORE sessions include goal-setting, a manual, and coach check-ins, along with a variety of classes (including circuit-training, HIIT, tabata, cardio kickboxing, and TRX) that aremodified for ALL fitness levels. If you live outside of the Crocker Highlands area, any items you win will be shipped to you after March 6, 2014. Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
