This ain't no Tupperware party! Learn to defend yourself and be a superhero in your own life, by combining easy martial arts with simple street-fighting techniques, powerful verbal skills, and great safety training. This 1.5 hour class will conclude with a celebratory drink and dreamy mini-desserts. Consider making it a mother-daughter evening... just be aware that participants must be 13 or older, and anyone under 18 must come with an adult. Class will be facilitated by Mas Goeroe Agong Louise Rafkin, owner and head instructor of Studio Naga in Oakland (one of our after school providers).
