Learn about natural wine-making through a guided tasting through the terroirs of France. The tasting will focus on small producers that have shunned the world of commercial wine in favor of farming and winery practices that respect the earth, history, and the consumer. The tasting will include 5 wines from the Loire Valley, the Jura, Beaujolais and the Rhone. Not only are these wines easy to drink and fun to talk about, they are also great values! Along the way, we'll also discuss (and hopefully make fun of) the "correct" ways to analyze and taste wine. Enjoy gourmet cheeses and appetizers while you taste these great wines.
