2011 Bravium Signal Ridge Vineyard Dragonfly Block Pinot Noir: (Mendocino Ridge, 14.2%). In this wine, an expressive nose mixes notes of raspberry, cranberry, cherry and discreet spice elements that include clove and sandalwood. There is a really lovely mouth feel to the clean, intense and delineated medium weight flavors that deliver good persistence on the lean and linear finish. It was among 6 bottles hand-selected for the 2014 Crocker Auction from a secret cellar in San Francisco. We would love to say more... but we can't.
