2010 Black Kite Redwood's Edge Anderson Valley Pinot Noir (14.6%):The first thing you notice is the great color of the 2010 Redwoods Edge; a vivid garnet that hints of the depth to follow. Rose petal, brown spice and raspberry aromatics give way to a rich palate noted for the elegant tannins on entry, bright strawberry and sweet oak notes and good acidity. Decant for up to 2 hours if served within 6 months of release. Cellar for up to 6-8 years. This wine was among 6 bottles hand-selected for the 2014 Crocker Auction from a secret cellar in San Francisco. We'd love to say more... but we can't.
