Winner will receive Four (4) VIP Tickets to a taping of the Dr. Oz Show and a photo op with Dr. Oz!
Tickets are non-transferable and must be redeemed within 3 months of the date voucher received, making the request at least 3 weeks prior to the date winner wants to attend.
The Dr.Oz Show is not responsible for travel expenses incurred by the winner of these tickets. No show is guaranteed and can cancel at any time. All members of The Dr.Oz Show studio audience must be 18 years old and have a valid photo ID. Requests for redemption extensions are not able to be accommodated at this time. The show is taped in New York City on select Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Special Instructions
All items must be picked up at the school; once auction is ended and winner notified, the winner will have 10 days to make arrangements with the school to pick up the item, or pay the applicable shipping and insurance fees for having the item sent to him/her.
