WEAR the WHALES.... such a cute little dress for your precious one...

This is a cute little girls dress made with a full skirt that swirls and twirls for your little sweetheart. Whales jumping and diving in the ocean are pictured in the fabric. I like to make these dresses because they remind me of parties and special occasions. I have used about 3 yards of fabric in the dress skirt alone as well as the attached slip....that's 6 yards of material in just the skirts! The skirt is long and is to be worn over the knees. There is a white pointed collar and white edged armholes. The bodice has a front button closure. The skirt is unique in that I scalloped the bottom into a scarf look then added a false skirt behind to give it a real layered look. There is an attached underslip edged in lace that gives the skirt real fullness. The skirt is full enough to swirl n twirl. The big back bow tie is lined with coordinating material.
