Special Instructions

No elements of this package may be used to retire existing contracts. There are some deadlines fast approaching.


CliffDweller Digital- Maximum four hour video production and 6 hours of editing. Production must begin no later than August 1, 2014 and be completed no later than August 31, 2014. Production includes travel in and around the Albuquerque/Santa Fe metro areas. Travel outside this area will involve an additional charge.


Clear Channel Airport- Includes advertising on six LCD displays at the Albuquerque Sunport. Client responsible for design and supply of digital content. All display content is subject to Airport review and approval prior to publishing. Display content may not contain rates.


Clear Channel Outdoor - Paper print production for this campaign must be purchased from Clear Channel Outdoor. Production not included. Must reserve 30 days in advance. Ad must run by 12/31/14.


Albuquerque Business First – Must reserve 10 days in advance. ABF will develop ad at no additional charge. Expires 12/31/14


NM Event & Wedding Planner Magazine - Must be used within 30 days of receipt. Is not transferable.


Clear Channel Media & Entertainment - Must be used by 12/31/14. Must be booked 30 days in advance. Ad agency orders must be accompanied by a produced spot.


McKee Wallwork Cleveland – Expires 6/30/15
Lamar Outdoor Advertising- Must be used by June 30, 2015.Production cost to be paid by advertiser (Approx $425).
