On the nose: Explosion of thyme, cigar box, cedar wood, and white pepper with touches of concentrated dark fruit like cassis and blueberry lingering on fresh prune, violet, and lavender
On the palate: Velvety entrance evolving on blueberry, balanced with blackberry and cherry lingering on a fresh acidity and precise tannins which predict an almost eternal aging potential
Blend: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon
8% Petit Verdot
7% Cabernet Franc
5% Merlot
100% Barrel Fermented
80% of new oak, 20% one year old barrels
Time in oak: 22 months
