Description
The On-Ramp is eight sessions that will prepare you both mentally and physically for CrossFit classes. During the 8 sessions, we will teach you the fundamental movements used in CrossFit and will gradually increase the intensity of the workouts so that you will be ready to kick some butt in your first group class! We meet at 6:30pm every Tuesday and Thursday for a month. Must be used within one year.
