Enjoy a pass for 15 classes at the Atma Center, an award-winning yoga center dedicated to SATYANANDA YOGA®. We offer over 30 weekly studio classes, Yog@Work corporate programs, workshops, Yoga Therapy, and private classes. 

Our instructors are some of the most highly-trained in the nation - Level 1 teachers have completed over 1000 hours of training, generally taking up to 3 years, and Level 2 teachers have completed approximately 2500+ total hours.

The Atma Center is the North American hub for SATYANANDA YOGA®, a style uniquely adapted to the needs of modern society.  It is suitable for all ages, body types, and levels of fitness and health.  The Atma Center houses the Yoga Academy of North America, the only location in the United States, Mexico and Canada authorized to offer Teacher Training in this tradition.
