Mac's Backs has three floors of new and used books and is located in Coventry Village in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.  Mac's carries a large selection of classics, mysteries, science fiction, and non-fiction.  Mac's Backs also hosts readings, book signings, author events, storytelling, book clubs, and writing groups. 

Mac's is a book exchange. We trade for books and give you credit to use towards used books. This is a great way to save money when you are buying used books.
