Dept 56 "The Doctor's Office" Christmas In The City Item # 5544-1 Introduced in 1991 and retired in 1994. Has attachments that include 2 fire escapes and ladder that attach to side of building. Four story brick building for doctor & dentist. Bow window is first level doctor. Dentist windows have broad awning.

This item is available for pick-up at Madrona Elementary in room 33 following the auction on May 5 & 6 , before and after school.
