Free Fall 2014 Registration for boy or girl 6-12 years old:
All players are required to meet age and residency requirements, (see website). Players who are new to CVLL must show proof of birth date (birth certificate or passport) before their registrations will be confirmed. Returning players do not need to show proof of birth date unless specifically asked to do so. Players MUST LIVE in the CVLL League Boundaries or have a waiver in order to play in CVLL.

Special Instructions
This item is available for pick-up at Madrona Elementary in room 33 following the auction on May 5 & 6 , before and after school. If shipping is required bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at the rate TBD
