Bastianich Malvasia,  2007:  This Malvasia shows lovely aromas and flavors of white flowers (jasmine and hawthorn), peaches, and tropical fruit. Although it is medium-bodied, the impact is rich, with a typical waxy texture backed by minerally structure and a long, dry finish.

Zotovich Cellars, 2009, Estate Chardonnay :  Upfront notes of light, toasty oak, Seckel pears and spritzed lime zest.  Crisp green apple acidity coupled with sublime minerality.  The neutral oak ferment really promotes the light oak fully infusing into the wine.  Our 09 is lean, crisp, strikes a balance between fruit, minerality, oak toast and acidity
