A Rochester native, Jim Christy has an abiding interest in both historic and present day scenes around his hometown. Let's go to Charlotte! With his beautiful watercolor painting of Charlotte Beach, Jim invites us to enjoy ourselves and simply have a good time, like visitors to Charlotte have been doing for the past hundred years.
