Description

While they might not be as big as an elephant or as tall as a giraffe, the Zoo's population of reptiles, insects and amphibians is very interesting!

You and five (5) friends will spend some time with the Zoo's Director of Conservation Programs, Lou Perrotti.

See slithery snakes, terrific tortoises, leaping lizards, hopping herps and more in this up close encounter! You'll even learn about the Zoo's newest creepy crawlies - the Chinese alligator and Partula snails.

Lou works both locally and globally to save species from extinction. His work with the endangered American Burying Beetle has been recognized by Jane Goodall in her recent book, Hope for Animals and Their World.
