Private chef Kelly Burrows will prepare a delicious, gourmet, 3 course meal either delivered to your home or prepared on site in your home. Menu and date to be determined by winner and chef, with two weeks advance notice.
Kelly Burrows is a classically trained, private chef living and working in New York City. With a Culinary Arts Diploma from the Institute of Culinary Education in 1997 over the course of her career she has worked in a variety of restaurants in Maryland, Maine, and New York including Savoy with Chefs Peter Hoffman & Todd Aarons, Matthew's w/ Chef Matthew Kenney, and the SOHO Grand Hotel.
"I enjoy cooking a variety of cuisines ranging from American comfort food to more elegant or adventurous meals. I try to use local, organic, seasonal ingredients as much as possible. Generally I like using lots of fresh herbs & vegetables, grass-fed organic meats & wild caught fish, as well as raw nuts & whole grains (if desired). I love raw foods and always try to incorporate some type of raw food into my menus. Of course, I always work with my clients to create food suited to the occasion and to their specific taste and preference."
Cost of groceries not included. Memorial Day - Labor Day weekends are not available.
