Gather 10-20 of your closest workout buddies for an hour of sweaty fun with local fitness instructor Heather Corndorf! Cardio, strength, and no equipment-- just you and your MOXIE. All fitness levels are welcome. Get ready to feel strong, empowered, and proud of what your body can do today.
A professionally trained dancer and choreographer, Heather began her professional career in Chicago and is now in the Twin Cities. She has taught group fitness classes at Equinox, Crunch, Gorilla Sports, Calhoun Beach Club, and Life Time Athletic. Outside of the gym, Heather trains and teaches at corporate and charity events, schools, and fitness conferences. She is currently a Lululemon Ambassador, and has been featured in consumer and commercial fitness DVDs and videos. Heather has a BFA in dance from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and is ACE certified.
