Here is a treadmill for those days when it's raining but you still need the exercise. This is an excellent deal. 

Vari-Flex cushioning feature provides adjustable cushioning making for a comfortable work-out including running. Excellent safety features including a Magnetic Safety Key which powers the machine down in case of emergency. A wireless chest strap transmitter measures pulse and transmits to the treadmill receiver allowing for heart monitoring with a heart rate zone bar allowing for a graphic display of progress. Also has exercise review and aerobic points display on the monitor. Another excellent feature is the personal electronic trainer and a one lap/quarter mile track feature. 

Note that the treadmill is used but in excellent condition and comes with the original program/instruction manual.  This treadmill would cost at least $1200 new.
