Alright ladies, time to flex those muscles and show your family what you're made of. Spend an hour with Gina and Freddy learning the basic punches, a variety of combos, and getting intense core training. Go toe to toe with a heavy bag and show it who's boss. Then bring it into the ring with Freddy (trainer to 2 pro boxers and one world champ) as he holds mitts and calls out different boxing combinations. You'll get an outstanding full body work out while feeling empowered and having a blast.
