Complimentary ad will be considered as space is available. Complimentary ad must be used as incremental advertising once the advertiser’s prior year advertising level has been met. Complimentary ad also cannot be used for the following: in place of an existing space contract or paid insertion; to earn a frequency discount; to replace an upcoming/planned advertising expenditure. Advertiser must provide the artwork for the advertisement.
