The Toll House vacation rental is a historic Boonville landmark built in 1912. Originally a stop on the toll road from theAndersonValleyto Ukiah, the grand Victorian served, in later years, as a restaurant, bed & breakfast, and residence.

The Toll House sits in a small valley in the hills with meadows, forest, and a pond on the 650 acres. Watch for wild pig, deer, wild turkey, countless birds, and maybe a fox or wildcat. Whether you’re sitting on the patio or trekking up to the ridge, the beauty and serenity of the land will rejuvenate and inspire.

A comprehensive restoration has preserved the inn’s original charm while integrating modern comforts. The house includes a delightful country kitchen, welcoming dining room, sunny patios, and spacious yard areas.

There are four bedrooms and bathrooms. The Porch Room is a ground floor Suite with private screened porch, king bed, and full private bath with claw foot tub. A single daybed accommodates a third guest.

The cozy Red Room has a queen bed, comfortable reading chair, and small private bath. Upstairs, the Green Room is sunny and warm with full private bath, queen four-poster bed, day bed, and crib.

The Blue Room overlooks the back gardens with a queen bed, single day bed, and adjacent spacious bath.

The $750 retail value covers a one night stay from October 15 through May 15. If you wish to visit in high season, an additional $100 would be charged and there is a two-night minimum ($850 for the second night is additional). Lodging tax of 11% (approximately $83.00) is not included.
