The class has a focus on music theory and composition. As 7th and 8th graders, these students' capacity for reasoning and creativity is expanding to more complex compositions. If they have access to technology that can tap into the creativity they already possess, they will be able to learn about music theory from a hands-on, exploratory way full of exciting discoveries.
