Thank you to the lovely Janet Viader for donating two bottles of the fabulous DARE Cabernet Franc this year!
Viader is a leading first growth Napa Valley estate established in 1986 by Delia Viader and located at 1300 ft on the eastern slopes of Howell Mountain. This family-run vineyard is recognized around the world for consistently producing high quality, very limited production wines; the two bottles in this lot reflect the elegant Viader style its many fans will recognize.
Winemaker's Notes:
DARE by Viader Cabernet Sauvignon has concentrated aromas of ripe black cherry, dark currant, cassis, tobacco and cedar notes with faint hints of caramel. Firm vibrant tannins grace the finish.
