Voted by Washingtonian magazine as one of DC's Very Best Restaurants for five years running (see review here), Ray's the Steaks is now an institution and a much-sought-after reservation. The finest quality but reasonably-priced steaks,  delicious and ample sides, and an incredible and vast wine selection have created quite a few "Ray's" fanatics.
