Handpicked by Sand Hill Berries, a family-owned small fruits farm located in Southwestern PA.  Made once each year, the tangy spread Jostaberry Conserve is a hybrid of the American gooseberry and European black currant.  It makes a good foil for pork and turkey.  The Countryfruit is a favorite, made from whole berries with the seeds removed.  it contains about half the sugar as traditional jam with some honey as part of the sweetening.

Paul Bagnall from Ligonier, PA was interested in bees as a youngster and now in retirement, collects honey from his hives to make a wide variety of products that he sells at various Country and Farmers Markets around the area.

Keystone Bakery is  a well-known, family-owned bakery based in Monessen with locations also in Belle Vernon and Greensburg.  Keystone makes breads, cakes, pies and other goods as well as homemade pierogies and ravioli . . . . all from scratch.  Thursdays wouldn't be complete without Keystone's Veggie Garden Bread.
