Maximize Your Team's Creative Potential

What is it?

An inspired consultation exploring the power of kinetic group dynamics. Discover how you can optimize your team's physical interactions and use of space in order to support productivity, and maximize creative potential.

Who is it for?

One integrated team or department within a greater organization of up to 20 people.

What's involved?

60-90 minute collaborative session where we’ll engage in a series of interactive experiences that will allow each participant to become aware of their individual kinetic style, and discover how this unique way of being in their workspace affects their relationship to their work and their team. As this understanding develops, we’ll explore ways to make changes to these interactions resulting in new possibilities to optimize potential, productivity and inspiration.

Follow-up

After the group has had a chance to integrate and play with the kinetic strategies they learned, we'll review, clarify, and share insights and observations in a 45 minute follow-up session.

Erika Senft Miller is a Kinetic Strategist. She leads workshops and courses in kinetic creativity to help individuals and teams identify and transcend the habits that limit creative potential, and uncover new capacities and opportunities to drive productivity and innovation. Erika is also a certified Alexander technique teacher, a physical therapist, and a dance educator.
