Simple Dome with 2 Foot Tunnel

The dome is 8 ft across and about 5 ft high in the center.

The kit to make this dome includes the following:

• 14 heavy rods ~96in for verticals


• 22 medium rods ~96in for the diagonal weavers


• 1 piece 10ft diameter 6 mil black polyethylene marked where to make holes for the rods


• 12 rust-resistant metal staples to hold down the plastic


• 200 vinyl ties

Willows are unique in that they will root no matter how a long a cutting is used; a long cutting is a rod and they can be used to make living structures. Just stick them in the ground in a preset pattern then tie them together to form a structure. The fresher/greener the rod, the better chance for survival.
